y not.. if you send it to them and they see that so why the dont see the emotion over there?

It's just how Messenger and its servers work.
Custom emoticons cannot be used in PSMs because your contacts would have to download each and everyone of the custom emoticons, that's a waste of bandwidth.

Stuffplug can't alter this since it's a server-side/protocol function.

The 2nd idea is impossible. Voice clips are also dependent on server-side capabilities.

It would be possible if StuffPlug implemented its own version off this feature (similar to how Plus! Sounds work) however this would mean both users would need to have StuffPlug, which defeats any usefulness the feature might have (the StuffPlug user base is considerably smaller compared to other add-ons and even the entire group who use add-ons is smaller than the majority of people who don't use them all together). So when you crunch the numbers, its unlikely such a feature could be utilized to its full potential.

If you don't know something is 100% fact, please don't even say it, as it can lead to people misunderstanding things. By all means try and help, but stating something is one way, when it might be another doesnt help.

To get back on topic, we can't say for sure if your second idea can be done Dobizobi, until someone comes along that knows either way that it can or can't be done.. Sorry to not have a deffinite answer, but maybe TB will pop up sometime and let you know

I could see people exploiting the second feature to evilly waste someones download time (if it were unlimited that is). I guess if it isn't possible adapting to the current messenger voice clipping than something that resembles Messenger Plus Sounds would have to be used but instead of playing presets it will have to record (or even better, record and use saved records as well as downloaded sounds ).
